Brief Recap: The theme of covenant is the thread running throughout the Bible, connecting Genesis to Revelation. From the very beginning, God had a plan - a covenant promise. And it is STILL His plan today - to be in covenant with his sons and daughters! We were CREATED for connection!

Hebrew word for covenant: beryth —> a compact made by passing between pieces of flesh
Greek word for covenant: diatheke —> a contract or will
