Pastors Matt & Carrie Erikson are the lead pastors of Mercy City Church in Nebraska. They have a heart for Lincoln and to see its people connect to the heart of God and to the house of God. They believe that this will be done by sharing the message of Jesus Christ in a fresh and relevant way. We believe that a building doesn’t make a church but instead people make the church.
Matt & Carrie have four amazing children; Cooper, Elijah, Emery, and Lilah Jane. As a family, they love spending time being active, mostly baseball/softball and bike rides. Ultimately they just love their city and all things Husker related. They’re excited to see what God will continue to do.

Pastor Brock and his wife, Chloe, have been married for 12 years and have 2 boys, Titus, Asher, and a little girl, Christina, on her way soon from Haiti. Brock enjoys watching his kids play sports and is a massive fan of Husker athletics, especially football. Brock has felt a calling into ministry since he had a very real encounter with Jesus at 19, the night before he got baptized.

Jamie moved to Lincoln, NE in 2019 to be a part of Mercy City Church. He and his wife Marilynn have 2 girls: Adilynn and Genevieve Joy. His family enjoys slow Saturdays at the farmer's market, going to the Lincoln Zoo, and getting more involved with the community that the house of the Lord provides. He can't wait to meet you and see what Jesus has in store for you!

Cassius and Kelsi Lee are the location leaders of Mercy City Seward, and love serving their community. They have four kids that they love doing life with: Koleston, Kyson, Scottie, and Kohen. Cassius and Kelsi were connected with Mercy City in 2018 and quickly saw the incredible impact that being connected to a local church has.  As a family, they enjoy baseball & basketball and being active outside with their family, but not as much as they love seeing the Lost getting connected and grow in their relationships with Jesus!

Robyn loves all things fun but also love all things in order! She loves a good themed event with plenty of yummy food and laughs. She is passionate about spending time with her husband & three awesome girls, being outside in her garden, in a pool or cooking on her grill – well and continually learning new hobbies. She is pumped when people identify lies they are believing and replace them with God’s truth instead, discovering the purpose that they were created for!

Skyler is the director of Mercy City College.  He is passionate about leadership development and studying the way calling, character, and culture are woven together. Skyler loves hanging out with his family which includes his wife of 10 years Katie, and two children, Elise and Ezra. In his free time, he enjoys listening to podcasts and drinking coffee.

Angelique always has a song stuck in her head, and she'll sing it for days. You can find her at a dance class, in a hammock, or watching a good action movie in her free time. She moved to Lincoln from New Mexico in 2015, and her and her husband Luke know that this is now home!

Chloe is the wife to Pastor Brock and mama to two boys with one little girl on the way.  She loves long walks, gummy worms, popcorn, and creating/decorating.  Encouraging the next generation in their personal relationship with Jesus and seeing them boldly walk in their calling fires her up!

Derek is married to Rebecca and they have two daughters, Carter and Penelope. He is a lover of adventurous foods and spending a day on the water kayak fishing. Derek is passionate about seeing young people fully devoted to their relationship with Jesus and living life in a way that impacts the world around them.

Marcelina has been married for 18 years to her amazing husband Seth they have 4 kids, Josiah 15, Aubrey 14, Ezekiel 5, and Isaiah 1. She has a passion for people to experience the life transformation that happens through Jesus like she has! She loves to host, cook, and her heart is for everyone she gets the opportunity to meet leave feeling seen, loved, and encouraged!
